About Me!

Hi! My name is Vanessa Renee. I’m from South Florida. I’m currently in college studying Marketing and Digital Media. I love fashion, Pinterest DIYs, and decorating (and redecorating) my room. I decided to start this blog to write about my favorite lifestyle topics and connect with people who enjoy the same things.

It took me a while to finally work up the courage to start my own blog. I would read other people’s articles and they were just so interesting. Why would anyone care about my point of view? I wasn’t crazy beautiful or funny, nor did I live an adventurous life full of expensive trips to picturesque places. Then it hit me: most people aren’t awesome traveling models. I could be a different type of blogger, a relatable one. I want to create the kind of content that people can read and feel good about themselves. I want to uplift people and be approachable, on and off the internet. I don’t want to set unrealistic goals that make people feel that their life isn’t a great as mine. Everyone has their own little bit of greatness inside of them and it’s probably not going to look like anyone else’s. Once you realize this, it’s so much easier to love who you are and see all that you have to offer.

So my goal is to just live my life, love myself, and talk about what I love. I am by no means the best at this, but I’m excited to continue to find out who I am and what I want my life to be, and share it with you guys. And if, somehow, along the way I manage to make one person smile or teach them something new, then it was all worth it. Welcome to my blog, hope you enjoy!

Some of my hobbies include working out at the gym, baking, going to the beach, shopping, and drinking lots of coffee.

My favorite personal quote is “It’s a good day to be happy!”

My biggest goals are:

• Secure a Marketing or Advertising internship with a company that I really believe in
• Graduate college with a 3.5 or higher GPA
• Find a job that I love so that I can enjoy every day
• Launch my blog and keep up with it
• Become well-educated in digital marketing so I can run my own business one day

Leasing Agent Riverwind Apartments From 08/2018 – Current I handled confidential documents, filed paperwork, worked with spreadsheets, assisted with customers and their satisfaction, and provided tours to prospective residents. I gained helpful customer service experience and improved on my administration skills.   Education Bachelor of arts 2020 University of Central Florida Currently attending the College of Business to obtain a degree in Marketing with a minor in Digital Media Associate of Arts 2018 Indian River State College Graduated with a 3.93 GPA, was invited to join the Phi Theta Kappa honor society
